Why Computer Repair Is Expensive

The main reason other places charge so much is that they
take advantage of your lack of knowledge.
Just because your not an expert doesn't mean you should get ripped off!
They charge you unnecessary fees, and even add on other
products that you don't need! I've heard countless horror stories about a certain team of
geeks (who shall remain nameless) that overcharge you, keep your computer for longer than
necessary, and in some cases don't even fix the problem. Who really wants to spend
$300 on a computer that's still broken?
I started Zepp's Home Computer Repair to stop innocent people
from getting swindled by the local and national computer repair rip-offs. I will
never charge a service fee over $250 per machine. However for Mac's there is a
$30 diagnostic fee, due to the complicated diagnostic process.
The fee itself is only assed if it is not fixable, and will be
waived if a repair is made. Mac users still will not have a service charge over $250. Most Mac repair shops charge you
$100 just take your computer!! That's just crazy!
I have a free pick up service in Rolling Meadows and
some surrounding locations. My transportation fee is mileage based and are applied to cover my gas costs.
A Pick-up involves a technician traveling to your house and "picking up the computer" for
servicing at our location. If you don't want your computer to leave your house I
also offer an In-Home Service Package. Prices start at $85 for In Home Service and also do not
eclipse $300. If your computer needs parts they are sold to you at cost with no markup.
I also offer Home Business support for a rate of $95 an hour. When you do become a customer, you are entitled to FREE
