No matter how busy he may be, he always makes a point to get to his clients as soon as possible. He is very professional. I always recommend his company to all my friends and family!

My computer had a hard drive that was on its way out, and Zepp's came to my home, picked up my computer, took notes on what I needed, and it was done in no time at all. There are so many things right about Zepp's, but the top two are straightforward diagnosis on courses of actions to get problems corrected and honesty completely above reproach. He will not try to sell you anything you don't need. Instead he gives you an array of options from least expensive to most expensive and pros and cons on each. As a result of taking my computer to Zepp's I got a basically new computer -- super fast, with a massive amount of memory, at a great price. I was walked through all aspects of my upgrade and some important education on do's and don'ts as well. No way will you get this service going to a chain vendor. This company is the best, don't waste your time going elsewhere!

Nick went above and beyond to help me repair my laptop. He picked up and dropped off everything at my house. He spent hours working on my failed hard drive and saved every piece of data I had on it. He searched all over to find replacement parts to fix another broken part. He called the manufacturer directly in Europe, and emailed the parts manufacturer directly in China. He always responded to my calls and emails immediately and updated me on every step he was taking. He even sent me recommendations and helped me find a reliable new laptop (not because he couldn't fix it - they no longer made the part that was needed). He was very up front about everything he was doing and checked if the prices for the services he would do were okay with me before he started. Nick is honest, quick, super friendly and very good at what he does! I'll definitely be going back to him if I have any future technology issues.
